For over 25 years, I have dedicated my life to helping leaders, teams, and organizations transform the way they communicate, collaborate, and lead. I’ve coached thousands of executives, authored five books on communication and entrepreneurial leadership, and delivered powerful keynotes at hundreds of conferences across five continents.
As CEO-Consultant of Inner Sun, Inc., I empower organizations to ignite intentions and execute strategies with excellence. My Authentic Influence© frameworkrooted in neuroscience, Appreciative Inquiry, and NLP guides leaders to create sustainable impact with clarity, creativity, and conscience.
My style is interactive, insightful, and deeply human. I draw from my experience as a Distinguished Toastmaster, national speech evaluation champion, and certified practitioner in NLP, Mind Mapping, Systems Thinking, and Appreciative Inquiry. In 2010, I had the honor of presenting at the American Society of Training and Development’s annual conference in Chicago.
As host and producer of the acclaimed TV talk show ExPat InSights, I interviewed over 300 global thought leaders, exploring the intersection of culture, leadership, and transformation.

My publications
For lovers of learning and self-development I have captured a lot of my research, my ideas and experiments for growth and development in books, audio-books and in video-formats too. Most of my videos are free on cyber-space but the books which need paper, ink and delivery can acquired inexpensively at Amazon.
These works of mine are written in simple, succinct language with images, illustrations and lots of success stories in the fields of oral communications and innovative entrepreneurship.
